THE WASTELAND
Since Lord Zed took over Earth, towns are few and far between and those that are left are a shell of their former selves. The majority of the land is now made up of The Wasteland, a barren landscape with even less to offer than the ghosts of the old cities. The Wasteland is home to little other than feral monsters not fit to work for Lord Zed and the ruins of old towns. That being said some people would rather brave the wastes than live in one of Zed's subjugated cities and this desire for freedom has led to two outpost being built within the wastes, far from Zed's eye.
The first site of note is an underground outpost known as Oasis. Standing as a single beacon of hope for people outside of the cities oasis is a trading outpost for the people living in the wastes. A small town populated with rusted metal shacks and small traveling stores, The Oasis is a popular site for information trading and is the largest site in which Monsters and human coexist in relative harmony. The main issue with Oasis is that there is rampant crime from those seeking to control it. In a world where nobody has control somebody wishes to seize it.
The second outpost in The Wasteland worth mentioning is the home of the Rebellion simply referred to as The Hideout. When Kimberly cut herself off from the Power Rangers she did not know where to go and as such she started building a home for herself in the side of a cliff near the Command Centre. This home started small and gave her access to supplies she needed and access to the inter-dimensional wormhole she would use to bolster the number of her fledgling Rebellion. The Hideout is home to Kimberly's Rebellion and as such is growing with each passing day, It as a large housing space for those desperate to escape the Evil Empire and it has facilities to train those wanting to join in the fight against Zed in a way the Power Rangers cannot. The hideout has access to many secret tunnels digging throughout the wastes allowing for many covert missions.
